GRIDLOCK

Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026 · Version 2026-07-22 · Reviewed August 6, 2026

1. Operator and contact

Gridlock is operated by Drew Devitt, an individual developer based in North Carolina, United States (“Gridlock,” “we,” or “us”). Privacy and support requests may be sent to Gridlockapp@outlook.com.

2. Scope and age

This policy applies to the Gridlock mobile game, related support channels, public legal pages, and online services. Online accounts are intended for people age 13 or older. We do not knowingly create an online account for a child under 13. Local Classic play may be available without an online account.

3. Information processed

4. Information not requested

Gridlock does not request contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, health data, or the advertising identifier. Gridlock contains no advertising SDK, third-party ads, or cross-app tracking.

5. How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts; restore sessions and cloud saves; operate Classic, Daily, Ranked, Friend Duels, leaderboards, goals, achievements, the Shop, and Vault rewards; verify scores and enforce limits; prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse; process and restore purchases; provide reporting, blocking, moderation, deletion, and support; and diagnose reliability or security problems.

6. Public information

Your display name, rank, rating, and verified leaderboard scores may be visible to other players. Friend codes are shared when you choose to share them. Do not use a display name containing private contact information.

7. Service providers

Gridlock uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, and TestFlight; and Google for Google Sign-In. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and are expected to protect data consistent with applicable requirements.

8. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a lawful business transaction.

9. Retention

Account and cloud-game data is retained while the account is active. Detailed anti-cheat data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for validation and disputes. Security and moderation records may be retained for up to 24 months. Transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, consent, tax, and legal records may be retained as required by law. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before routine overwrite.

10. Your choices and rights

You may manage friends and blocks, change eligible settings, sign out, restore eligible purchases, and initiate account deletion inside the app. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal by contacting Gridlockapp@outlook.com.

11. Account deletion

In Gridlock, go to Profile → Account and cloud sync → Delete Account. The flow removes or anonymizes account and social data, revokes sessions, and retains only records lawfully required for security, transactions, disputes, or compliance. Apple sign-in users may also be directed to remove Gridlock from Sign in with Apple in Apple Account settings.

12. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable law.

13. Security

Gridlock uses encrypted transport, secure session storage on iOS, Row Level Security, server-authoritative wallets and competitive results, replay validation, request limits, security logging, and restricted service credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.

14. Changes

Material changes will be identified with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance in the app.
